Quick answers

Still stuck? Email hello@stephenadeniji.com. A person reads every message.

My client says the invoice link doesn't work.
Either it was voided (voiding turns the link off for good), or part of the link got cut off when it was copied. Share it again from the invoice with “Share link”.
Can I change an invoice after sending it?
No: what your client saw is what stays on record. Void it, then make a new one with the right details. Drafts can be changed as much as you like.
Why did 50 minutes become 1 hour?
Time is billed in 15-minute blocks, rounded up, a common freelancer convention. 50 minutes is four blocks: 1 h.
I opened my invoice and it didn't turn Viewed.
On purpose: only your client opening it counts. Opening it while signed in as you, or a chat app making a link preview, doesn't.
Can my client pay inside the app?
Not yet. They pay you directly with the details under “How to pay”, and each account number has a copy button on the invoice page.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet: Android comes first. Until then, the web dashboard does it all (clients, time, the timer and invoices), and you can add it to your home screen from Safari. Your clients don't need the app at all; invoices open in any browser, on any phone.
Is it free?
Yes. If paid features ever come, nothing you use now will start costing money.
