Using the web dashboard
What you're owed, what's overdue and what's been paid, from your laptop.
On the web
- 1.Sign in on the website with the same email you use in the app.
- 2.The top shows what's outstanding, with what's overdue, what was paid in the last 30 days and your drafts beside it; tap any of them to see those invoices. “Lately” shows the latest invoices sent, opened and paid. Filter the list by Unpaid, Overdue, Paid or Drafts.
- 3.Open an invoice to “Mark as paid”, “Email to client”, “Copy link”, download the PDF, or void it.
- 4.Under Clients, add and edit clients, see what's unbilled for each, and add time. “Start timer” is at the top of every page.
Good to know
- “New invoice” makes one on the web too, and drafts open there to edit. The app and the web show the same invoices.
- On an iPhone? Open the dashboard in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. It opens full screen, like an app.
- A new account starts with “Get started”: five first steps that tick themselves off as you do them. “Hide this” puts it away in that browser.
