Sending an invoice
Email it with the PDF attached, or share the link on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
App or web
- 1.On the invoice, tap “Send invoice”.
- 2.If the client has an email, tap “Send by email”. They get an email from your business name with a link to the invoice and the PDF, and their replies come to you.
- 3.Or tap “Share a link instead” (“Send and share” when there's no email) and pick WhatsApp, Telegram, or anywhere else from your phone's share sheet.
- 4.On the web, it's “Send by email” or “Send as a link”: then tap “Share link” (it copies the link on a laptop) and paste it wherever you talk to your client.
Good to know
- Once it's sent, an invoice can't be changed. If something's wrong, void it and make a new one.
- The link opens in any browser, with no account. Need it again? “Share link”, “Email again” and “Download PDF” are on the invoice.
