First invoice
Coming to Android in December
The first version: track your time, turn it into an invoice, send it, see when your client opens it, and mark it paid when the money lands.
- Sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email. No passwords.
- Clients with their own currency and hourly rate. Archive the ones you're done with, and bring them back.
- A timer per client that keeps running when the app is closed, and time added by hand. Home shows what you've logged today, yesterday and this week.
- Invoices built from unbilled time (rounded up to 15 minutes) and fixed-price lines, with tax, a discount, a due date and notes.
- Send by email, with the PDF attached and replies coming to you, or share the link anywhere. The client's page opens without an account, in light or dark.
- Draft, Sent, Viewed when your client first opens it, Paid and Void. Overdue invoices get a stamp.
- A PDF of every invoice, matching the page.
- Your logo or a brand colour, your business name and how to pay you, on every invoice.
- Everything on the web too: clients, the timer and invoices, with the invoice beside the form as your client will see it, plus what you're owed, what's overdue and what's been paid. Add it to an iPhone's home screen and it opens like an app.
- Light and dark themes, or follow the device.
- Delete your account, and everything in it, from the app or the web.
- A help guide for each step, quick answers, and terms of service in plain words.
